Looking
for a 3D model with unbeatable
performance and a reasonable pricetag?
Try
the new Fox Models XTC. With a 40 size
powerplant and a standard 4-channel radio
system this model performs exceptionally,
add a 46 with a pipe, add some mixing and
your XTC will outperform every other 3D
model on the market. The XTC performed
remarkably at it's debut at the 2001
South African Fun-fly masters where XTC's
placed 4th, 6th, 11th and 17th
respectively and definitely took the
prize for the best looking model there.
With
an average all up weight of around 1.7 kg,
and designed around the top high
performance 46 engines such as th OS 46
FX, the power to weight ratio is more
than ample for the rigours of the more
difficult 3D type maneouvers, allowing
for vertical climbs, prophangs and torque-rolls
with enough power to spare in case of
emergency.
With
looks to match it's performance, the XTC
will turn heads at any flying club.
The
kit itself is packaged in a durable
correx box, containing balsa pack, pre-cut
parts, the pre-formed undercarriage,
canopy and a comprehensively detailed
manual. One week of evenings should see
this model through to completion.
